📈 What the Role Involves

Take ownership of medium & large group audits (up to £180m turnover)

Guide annual accounts and proactive business advice

Influence audit strategy from planning through to RI review

Lead client meetings and develop long-term relationships

Mentor junior staff and bolster team growth

Contribute to business development and retention initiatives
👤 Who We’re Looking For

ACA/ACCA qualified with 4+ years in UK practice
-
Confident audit lead and technically strong—especially with group audits

Excellent communicator and organiser
-
Growth mindset—aspiring to senior leadership or partnership

Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to drive the department forward
