About the Role:
You’ll join a small, supportive team and take on a key role in managing a portfolio of OMB clients, including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities will include:

Managing audit, accounts, and tax requirements across a varied portfolio

Acting as a client manager and point of contact

Overseeing workflow, budgeting jobs, and planning work

Reviewing accounts for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, and charities

Reviewing personal tax returns
-
Supporting and mentoring junior staff
This role offers the opportunity to build on your technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills in a dynamic and client-facing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, you’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), but there is flexibility for those qualified by experience. What matters most is your experience in public practice and your ability to manage client relationships.
